How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard manufacturing time on our hot tub covers is 4 to 5 weeks.
We offer 2 weeks or 5 days rush manufacturing as well. ($)
Once the cover is manufactured, it will ship the same or next business day. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Transit times vary province to province.
Solar blankets, winter covers, and accessories are stock items and ship within 1 week.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer 7-year warranty on hot tub covers and swim spa covers. This includes, material defects, manufacturing defects, and workmanship.

Our solar blankets are available in 3 year or 5 year pro-rated warranties. Our winter covers are available in 7 year or 10 year pro-rated warranties.
Accessories and cover lifters have a 1 year manufacturers warranty.
Any damages caused by mother nature are not covered under warranty.
What is a hot tub cover taper?
A hot tub cover taper is the slope from the center to the edges. This helps rain, snow, and debris slide off the cover instead of piling up on top. The thicker the cover the better insulation it provides.
We offer three taper options:
- Standard: 4” to 2”
- Deluxe: 5” to 3”
- Premium: 6” to 4”
What is your return policy and what happens if my cover arrives damaged?
All of our hot tub covers are custom made to your order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns on hot tub covers. Accessories and other stock items can be returned if the box is not opened.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours.
When is it time to replace my hot tub cover?
Covers can last anywhere between 3 to 7 years or longer depending on how it is maintained.
It is time to replace your cover if:
- The cover is torn, cracked, or if the colour has faded.
- The cover is waterlogged and has become too heavy to lift.
- The cover is sagging on the underside.
- The cover is separating at the center hinge.
- The foam cores have cracked.
Where is my order manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in Mississauga, Ontario.
How should I clean my hot tub cover?
Do not use harsh chemicals or products to clean your cover. Only mild soap and water is required.
Snow loads and debris should be removed in a timely manner.
Do you dispose of old covers?
No, we do not dispose of old covers.
